This Customizing activity provides information about the relevant partner functions for the agent inbox (inbox) search using the Assigned Toand Accountsearch criteria.

In addition, you can use this Customizing activity to map the suitable partner functions to the following search result fields:

  • Employees Responsible
  • Group Responsible
  • Contact Person
  • Sold-to Party

Search Criterion Account

  • For searches using Account, the Sold-to Party(0001) partner function is used.

Search Criterion Assigned To

  • For searches using Assigned To -> Me, the Responsible Employeepartner function is used.
  • For searches using Assigned To-> My Groups, the Responsible Grouppartner function is used.

The partner function assignment for the Assigned Toand Account search criteria is independent of the settings in this Customizing activity.

Note

The system reads this Customizing table, when a business transaction is saved. To apply any Customizing changes to existing business transactions, you must update these business transactions using the transaction CRM_IC_INDEX_LOAD.
