In this Customizing activity, you can define which SAP Business Workflow tasks are used to process agent inbox (inbox) items that are received from the communication channels supported by the inbox.

We recommend that you use the default entries, unless you have created your own workflow.

If you want to use the workflow task 207914 (TS00207914) with the communication method INT (E-Mail), you have set up the E-Mail Response Management System (ERMS).
