CRM_IC_056 - Define Events

In this Customizing activity, you can change the settings of existing e-mail events, or create your own e-mail events.

You have completed Customizing activity Define Statuses.

This activity contains a list of the e-mail events delivered by SAP.

To create a new e-mail event:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the necessary information in the fields that appear:

• Event

• Event Description

• E-Mail Status

• Final Event Flag

• Unique Flag for E-Mail Event

1. Implement function module CRM_ERMS_RPT_EVENT_HANDLER.
