In this Customizing activity, you can change the settings of existing e-mail statuses, or create your own e-mail statuses.

This activity contains a list of the e-mail statuses delivered by SAP.

To create a new e-mail status:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the necessary information in the fields that appear:

• E-Mail Status

• Status Description

• Final Status Flag

• Show Column in Overview Report

• Sequence of Columns in Overview Report
