CRM_IC_48 - Define Profile for Business Partner Long Texts

You can define a profile for displaying and maintaining buiness partner long texts for the confirmed account or confirmed contact person in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient in this IMG activity. You can define the long texts on the Schedule and Notes screen.
You have maintained Customizing for text management as well as the required text IDs.
The DFLT profile is delivered in the standard. It defines that the text for text ID 0002 (test note) of the confirmed contact person should be used in the default.
- Choose New entries.
- Enter a unique profile ID, as well as
- a description
- whether the text for the account or the contact person should be displayed
- which text ID should be used in the default
