CRM_IC_AUI_ITEMTYP - Define Item Types

In this Customizing activity, you can define the item types that are available for the agent inbox (inbox). You can select from the existing item types. Only the item types that you choose in this Customizing activity are supported in your inbox.

1. Use the input help to select the required inbox item type and enter a description.

In addition, carry out the following steps to make the item types available in the inbox:

1. Assign the item types to the main categories of the inbox.

You do this in the Customizing activity Define Item Types for Searches.

1. Include the main categories of the inbox in the relevant inbox profiles.

You do this in the Customizing activity Define Inbox Profiles.
