In this Customizing activity, you can define statuses for the agent inbox (inbox). These statuses are available as values for the Status search criterion in the inbox search.

  • Use the Sequence column to define the order in which the inbox statuses should be displayed in the input help for the Status search criterion.
  • Assign a number for each status. This number is a system key for the status.
  • Enter a description. The description is displayed in the input help for the Status search criterion.
  • Use the Not Compl. (Not Completed) radio button to define the inbox status that should be assigned the value Not Completed. Assign this value only once.
If you search according to this status in the inbox, all inbox items that are considered to be not completed are displayed.
You can define which inbox items are considered to be not completed in the Customizing activity Map Item Status to Inbox Status.
  • Map the inbox statuses to the inbox item types and to the system statuses and user statuses in SAP S/4HANA for customer management. You do this in the Customizing activity Map Item Status to Inbox Status.
