CRM_IC_BTS_DETERMINE - BAdI: Determination of Search Index for Business Transaction Search

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient (CRM-IC) component in the agent inbox search and in the transaction history.
This BAdI enables you to determine the names of the search indexes that you defined for the business transaction search and use these indexes.
You have created and generated at least one index for the business transaction search. You can do so in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Define Search Index for Business Transaction Search.
In the standard system, the Business Add-In is not activated.
This BAdI is reusable. All activated implementations are called and executed.
This BAdI is not filter-dependent.
Fill the return parameter of method GET_INDEX_NAME with the name of the index table that should be used.
