CRM_IC_STD_RESP_FILT - BAdI: Filter for Standard Response Texts

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the interaction center (IC). You can use this BAdI to filter the specified list of your standard response texts.

By default, all standard responses are available across all channels such as e-mail, fax, and letter. You can create a standard response of any usage type and use it across all channels. For example, you can use a fax standard response for an e-mail. Activate the BAdI if you want to filter the standard responses and limit the use across channels.
