CRM_IOBJECT_REF_PROD - BAdI: Determination of Reference Product for Individual Object

This Business Add-In (Add-In) is used in the Automotive Interaction Center (CRM-IA-IC) component.

It enables you to find the reference product for an individual object, for example, a vehicle.

This Add-In is run through when the function modules CRM_IOBJECT_CIC_IOBA_CREATE and CRM_IOBJECT_CIC_IOBA_CHANGE are called while an individual object is created/maintained.

It contains the method GET_IOBJECT_REF_PROD.

In the standard system, there is no default implementation for this Add-In.

In the example implementation IOBJ_PRODREF_EX_IMPL, the referece product is found using the MODEL field of the input UI structure.

The BAdI is filter-dependent. The filter type is CCMPROF (CIC Profile).
