CRM_IPM_BILL_NEGROY - Configure Clearing Items for Negative Royalties

The Billing Engine application IPMO can create clearing items for negative royalties during billing. If the amount of a royalty item is less than zero, the system can now create a clearing control item and increase the unrecouped amount of the advance. This unrecouped amount can become larger than the amount of the original advance. If more than one advance is involved in clearing, the first advance item is used to update the unrecouped amount.

In Customizing activity Define Clearing Control, you can define the billing item category for which negative recoupment is allowed in the Clearing: Negative Recoupment folder.
