CRM_IPM_SEL_RGHT_FSI - BAdI: Deactivate Selects and Reads IP...via FSI

In the first step of the rights availability analysis, you select IPs, for example according to the criterion that a combination of the selected markets, territories and languages appears in their rights owned. This selection is not suited to a relational database.

If you activate the BAdI implementation CRM_IPM_SEL_RGHT_FSI, this type of selection is performed using a search engine (TREX) instead of a relational database. This search engine (TREX) is connected with the relational database using the Fast Search Infrastructure and contains the data that is relevant to this type of selection in specialist indices. This accelerates the selection process.
