CRM_ISA_CNTRY_GRP - Define Country Groups

In this process, you define country groups to which you assign corresponding countries, according to specific criteria.

You can insert the country groups in Customer Management for SAP Internet Sales, in order to define

from which country a customer who orders with you can come from (B2C Internet Sales),

for which countries delivery addresses can be entered (B2C and B2B Internet Sales).

In order that the country group is inserted, you need to assign it to a Web shop.

Grouping "0001" (EU countries):

Belgium

Germany

France,,

etc.

Grouping "0002" (North America)

Canada

USA

Enter a country group and a description.
Assign the required countries to the country group, and enter the necessary data.

If you would like to insert a specific country group, assign this to the corresponding Web shop in the Web shop management.
