You use the Business Add-In (BAdI) CRM_ISA_GEN_DOC_SEL to perform searches for objects, for example orders, invoices, customer data.
The BAdI is part of the CRM E-Commerce generic search framework. You use the Extended Configuration Management (XCM) data tile \xcm\sap\modification\generic-searchbackend-config.xmlto determine which search is carried out with which attributes.
The BAdI is filter-dependant and the filter determines the search object.
BAdI implementations for searches for the following objects exist in the standard delivery:
- Orders
- Quotations
- Order templates
- Invoices
- Customer data
