In User Management for the B2B scenarios of CRM E-Commerce (E-Selling, E-Marketing and Internet Customer Self-Service (ICSS)) and Channel Management, you can assign authorizations using roles and reference users.

In this IMG activity, you can define reference users, which can be assigned to Internet users. If you also maintain roles, the reference users can be selected as additional authorizations in User Management. You can also maintain a description under which a reference user is displayed on the Web interface.

You can only assign one reference user to an Internet user. To be able to create Internet users with different roles and/or functions, you must create reference users with the corresponding roles.
