CRM_ISA_URL_CCA - Start Web Shop in Interaction Center Mode

In this IMG activity, you can assign an URL to the navigation bar in the navigation frame of the CRM WebClient UI. With this URL in the navigation bar, you can start the Web shop in interaction center mode.

When you have identified an account in the Interaction Center, this account is not transferred to the Web shop when you call the Web shop in the interaction center mode. In this case, you need to select the business partner in the Web shop again.

To assign an URL to the navigation bar, proceed as follows:

  1. In the IMG activity Define URLs and Parameters, create a new entry with the following parameters:
  • URL ID: WEBSHOP

  • Description: WebShop

  • Request Method: Get

  • Hide Dialog: Activated

  • Non-BSP URL: Activated

  • URL: http:///b2c/init.do?scenario.xcm=<scenarioID> (or an URL without http://)

  1. In the IMG activity Configure Transaction Launcher, create a new entry with the following parameters:
    1. Section: Entries
  • Launch Trans. ID: Web Shop

  1. Section: Technical Details
  • Description: Web Shop

  • Class Name: ZWebShop

  • Stateful: Activated

  • Raise Veto: Activated

  1. Section: Further Technical Details
  • Transaction Type: URL Transaction

  • URL ID: Select URL via input help

  1. In the IMG activity Define Navigation Bar Profile, create the following:
    1. View: Define Logical Links
  • Logical Link ID: WEBSHOP

  • Type: Launch Transaction

  • Target ID: EXECLTX

  • Parameter: WEBSHOP

  • Parameter Class: CL_CRM_UI_LTX_NAVBAR_PARAM

  • Title: WebShop

  • Description: WebShop

  1. View: Define Work Center
  • Work Center ID: WEBSHOP

  • Logical Link ID: WEBSHOP

  • Title: WebShop

  • Description: WebShop

  1. View: Define Profile
  • Select TEL-IC (Telco: Interaction Center Agent Navigation Bar) or the business role with which you are working

  • Choose Assign Work Centers

  • Create a new entry with the following parameters:

  • Work Center ID: WebShop

  • Position: For example, 100

  1. In the IMG activity Define Business Role, do the following:
  • Select IC_AGENT or IC_MANAGER (IC Agent or IC Manager) or the business role with which you are working

  • Choose Deactivate Work Centers

  • Verify that Not Active is NOT activated for 'WebShop'
