CRM_ISPS_GAP - BAdI: Customer Enhancements for Grantor Application

You can use this BAdI to influence aspects of Grantor application processing:

Grantor program validation: When an application is submitted for a specific Grantor program, it checks whether the program is open to application submissions.

Application assessment: In the standard scenario, when an application form is submitted, this initiates a workflow. A workflow item is created and submitted to the claim approver. One of the options in the workflow item is Automatic Assessment, which calls the BOR method ASSESS.

Change request assessment: In the standard scenario, when a change request form is submitted, this initiates a workflow. A workflow item is created and submitted to the change request approver. One of the options in the workflow item is Automatic Assessment which calls the BOR method ASSESS.

This BAdI definition contains the following methods:

• ASSESS_APPLICATION: Calls the application assessment tool. It receives the application GUID as the input parameter, which can be used to retrieve application form data. If there is no implementation, the BRF event 7ASSESS_APPLICATION is triggered.

• ASSESS_CHANGE_REQUEST: Calls the change request assessment tool. It receives the change request GUID as the input parameter, which can be used to retrieve the change request form data. If there is no implementation, the BRF event 7CHECK_CHNGE_REQUEST is triggered.

• GET_CHANGE_APPROVER: Determines the person responsible for assessing change requests. It receives the change request GUID as the input parameter and returns the user name of the change request approver.

• CHECK_GRANTOR_PROGRAM: Checks if a submitted program is open to application. This method is called after the standard program check. It receives the program GUID as the input parameter and returns a list of messages to be included in the application log.

1. After you execute the IMG activity, the system displays a dialog box where you enter a name for the implementation.
2. If implementations of this BAdI have already been created, the system displays them in a dialog box. You then choose one of them and continue creating your BAdI implementation.
