In this Business Add-In (BAdI), you make settings for the retrieval of unbilled balances from external systems.

This enables you to display unbilled balances from external systems in SAP CRM. SAP delivers SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (XI) interfaces to get the data from external systems, or you can use your own interface.

You create an implementation to retrieve the data using SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (XI), or using a Remote Function Call (RFC).
