This Business-Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM - Utilities Industry: Interaction Center component (CRM-IU-IC).

You can use the Adjustment of Customizing Settings BAdI to implement a new logic for the determination of the Customizing parameters and to override the existing Customizing settings.

For certain business partners, it is recommended not to transfer the address data for reasons of system performance. This is the case for business partners with a very large number of utility contracts, such as real estate management companies.

Business partners like these can be identified using the business partner type.
