CRM_ISU_CHECK_VERS - BAdI: Status Change of Product Model

You can use this BAdI to check whether you can perform a status change or create new versions.

The BAdI definition CRM_ISU_PRODUCT_CHECK supplied contains two methods.

The method IF_CRM_ISU_CHECK_VERSION~CHECK_STATUS_CHANGE checks whether a status change is possible.

The method IF_CRM_ISU_CHECK_VERSION~CHECK_VERSION_CREATE checks whether it is possible to create a new version.

The sample implementation CRM_ISU_PRODUCT_RELEASE_CHECK supplied contains the method IF_CRM_ISU_CHECK_VERSION~CHECK_STATUS_CHANGE.

You can only change the status as follows In Process=> Ready for Testing => Released. This means that a status change from In Process to Releasedis not possible. The Ready for Testing status must be set between these statuses.

The BAdI uses the interface IF_CRM_ISU_CHECK_VERSION. Use the Class Builder to display the interface.
