You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to create subscription or contract orders using the provider API. The customer can use this BAdI to influence the creation process for subscription or contract orders.

This BAdI can only be used in the subscription order documents API.

There is no default implementation.

The BAdI-Interface includes two methods:

  • MAINTAIN_ORDER of interface IF_CRM_ISX_BTX_API is called before the creation of orders or contracts. The customer must implement his or her own logic to change the data.

    The following data can be changed:
  • Sales organization

  • Appointments

  • Configuration of product

  • Partner data

  • Billing data

  • Extension data

  • Header data

  • Item data

  • Switch

  • Sales data

  • Input field table

  • Configuration

  • Communication fields on header level

  • Communication fields on item level

  • GET_CREATED_ORDER provides the ID of created orders or contracts. The customer can change the data of orders or contracts after their creation.
