CRM_ISX_BTX_DISCOUNT - BAdI: Discounts and Charges on Billable Items
rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
This Business Add-In (BAdI) belongs to the enhancement spot CRM_ISX_BTX_DISCOUNTS. You can use this BAdI to determine discounts/charges at an item level or to provide users with discretionary discounts/charges that they can activate for the subscription order item involved.
CI discounts/charges can be assigned to subscription products. These discounts/charges are then determined during subscription order capturing and copied to the corresponding subscription contract item. These assignments are replicated to SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI) with the contract. The discounts/charges are then observed during the billing and invoicing steps for this contract in SAP CI.
You can use this BAdI to implement your own determination of discounts/charges for subscription items. This determination of discounts/charges can be independent of the discount/charge assignment to a subscription product.
Specify that the item category for the product used in Customizing can be used for discounts/charges. If the item category is not defined, the discounts/charges cannot be handled during order capturing.
You make these settings in Customizing for Service under Transactions -> Settings for Subscription Transactions ->
Implement the BAdI. For more information about implementation details, see the technical BAdI documentation.
You can use this BAdI to:
- Change the discounts defined in the subscription product. You can remove them or adjust the discount validity.
- Add discounts independently of the defined discounts in the subscription product.
- Define discretionary discounts that appear during order capturing in the value help.
- Extend the discount validity of a determined discount for specific partner.
