You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to build an ID for charging tables in SAP Convergent Charging when creating an object-specific table. An object-specific table either belongs to a cross-catalog mapping version in a product or is a subscriber-specific table that belongs to an item in a subscription contract.

The BAdI implementation consists of the method BUILD_TABLE_ID, where the table ID can be changed.

By default, the table ID is constructed as follows:

  • Product-specific table
ProductID-ChargePlanID-Timestamp
  • Subscription contract-specific table
SubscriberAccount-ChargePlanID-Timestamp
  • Agreement table
Agreement ID -Timestamp-ChargePlanParameterID

If you create your own implementation to build the table ID during table redefinition, you must follow following rule: If an agreement ID is provided, this must always be the first part of the new table ID
