You can use this Customizing activity to implement a Business Add-In (BAdI) that allows the rating area to be determined automatically during subscription order capturing. The BAdI is called once when a subscription order item is created and again when a subscription order is submitted. This happens until the rating area has been changed manually.

Use the order item GUID to access the order item details and return a rating area or attach messages to the order item.
