CRM_IU_DSM_ACTIONS - Actions in DSM Processing

You can use actions in Demand Side Management (DSM) to implement various functions. These include the following:
- Eligibility check for program
- Confirmation letter for program acceptance
- Calculation of incentive amounts and goal contributions
The following action profiles are available for DSM:

NOTE
The "Use in Examples Delivered" column refers to the example content SAP delivers. You can use the action profiles listed above to create your own implementations according to your business needs. For example, to create an eligibility check for agreements, use action profile IUDSM_AGREEMENT.
- In the Customizing activities listed below, you can create new action profiles and conditions based on your needs:
- To assign an action profile to a transaction type, make the settings in Customizing activity Define Transaction Types. For more information about using transaction types in DSM, see Transactions in DSM Processing.
