CRM_KFP_COMP_BADI - BAdI: System Enhancements for Key Figure Planning by Components
General Data in Customer Master CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend ServicesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
This Business Add-In (BAdI) enables you to connect additional functions for key figure planning for individual components, such as products, trades spends, marketing spends, target group, dates, and coupons.
The BAdI provides the following four methods:
- PREPARE_XML
- The system uses XML to provide information to the Business Planning and Simulation (BPS) planning tool in SAP NetWeaver. XML is used to convert DHTML and protect cells.
- This method enables you to send additional information to BPS for a component, for example, so that you can make a key figure read-only for a particular user.
- IS_READY_FOR_DISPLAY
- This method enables you to define the validation that is done before synchronizing the component with SAP NetWeaver, in other words, before you enter your planning data. It enables you to do checks, for example, to determine whether a product is eligible for planning.
- READ_DATA
- This method enables you to map additional data to the component's structure. For example, when synchronizing the product component, you can map level 1 of the product hierarchy, or a field added using normal enhancement technique.
- SYNCHRONIZE_DELETE
- This method is used for the product component. The method enables you to enhance the deletion of planned data within an user selection by redistributing the planned data.
- Context of use:
- Planning type = Forecast
- Deletion strategy = Delete all - Keep total
- For example:
- a) Initial state
F-Group | Product | Key Figure |
---|---|---|
001 | ABC | 100 |
001 | DEF | 100 |
001 | GHI | 100 |
- b) After deletion, keep total
F-Group | Product | Key Figure |
---|---|---|
001 | ABC | 150 |
001 | DEF | 0 |
001 | GHI | 150 |
