CRM_LEAD_EXCEPTIONS - Define Exceptions for Search Strings

In this activity, you define those character strings (whole words, abbreviations, acronyms, and so on) that are to be excluded from a search string when searching for Web news. Any such characters you define here are then removed from the search string.

When searching for Web news on the prospect ACME Inc., the Inc. is not required and so may be entered here for exclusion.

Enter here all possible legal titles of companies, such as "Ltd", "Inc.", "PLC", "Limited", "Corp.", "Corporation" and so on.

Where necessary, also include those characters and symbols that may lead to too many hits because they appear commonly at many sites, like for example "@", "net", "&", and ".com".
