CRM_LEAS_GROUP - Transaction-Dependent Settings for Change Processes

In this Customizing activity, you assign a search strategy to each combination of transaction type and item category for the different change process steps.

For the Change Processes step, you can define the superset of items that you want to process together as a group. You define additional restrictions and definitions in the Business Rules Framework, and under Define Rules for Change Processes and BAdI: Controlled Entry of Fields for Change Processes.

For the Certificate of Acceptance, Contract Inception, and Cancellation steps, you can specify the exact set of items that must be processes together as a group.

You have defined search strategies in the Customizing activity Define and Assign Search Strategies.

First define sensible search strategies for each scenario. Then assign these to the combination of Transaction Type/Item Category here.
