CRM_LEAS_PROCESSTYPE - Determination of Target Transaction Type in Change Processes
ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity, you define the follow-on transaction types for quotation and contrat for the leasing-specific change processes, dependent on the business transaction category, item object category, and transaction type of the source document.
This IMG activity is intended for cases in which there are several transaction types in the system for which the change processes will be exercised. To avoid having to configure a separate change process for each transaction type - which would only differ in the Quotation Transaction Type and Contract Transaction Type fields - this additional Customizing table was created in CRM 5.0.
You have not entered values for parameters Quotation Transaction Type or Contract Transaction Type in block Document Flow Processing in IMG activity Configure Settings for Change Processes. Both fields are initial.
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the change process, the business transaction category (header level), the item object category (item level), and the transaction type of the source document for which the change process will be exercised.
- In addition, enter a transaction type for the quotation and/or contract documents to be created (depending on the document flow settings in change process Customizing).
- Save your entries.
Assume the Quotation Transaction Type and Contract Transaction Type in block Document Flow Processing are initial for change process ETER - Early Termination. You want to define the follow-on transaction types for transaction types LEAS - Lease and USC - UBB Service Contract. The corresponding entries would look like this:
Change process: | ETER | ETER
Transaction category: | BUS2000114 | BUS2000112
Object type: | BUS2000138 | BUS2000252
Transaction type: | LEAS | USC
Quotation: | LEAO | USCA | |
Contract: | LEAS | USC |
