When determining and adding general terms and conditions, you use templates that you can define using the CRM Survey Suite. You can call up and maintain the CRM Survey Suite in Customizing for CRM under CRM Cross-Application Components → Survey Suite or by using transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.

You can use the following IMG activities to define which of the templates defined in the CRM Survey Suite can be used for framework agreements and adding general terms and conditions.

For General Terms and Conditions for Framework Agreements, you must make the required settings in the activities Set General Terms and Conditions Template for Framework Agreements and Set Restrictions for General Terms and Conditions Template.

For GTC Additions, for use in Leasing Quotations and Contracts, you must make the required settings in the IMG activities Set Templates for Additional General Terms and Conditions and Set Restrictions for Additional General Terms and Conditions.
