SAP delivers the CRM_LEAS_GEN_VAL implementation of the CRM_LEAS_GEN_VAL BAdI, which makes special Customizing necessary.

The check classes defined here are for the execution of specific checks. The precondition is that the check classes support the IF_CRM_LEAS_VALIDATION interface.

Access to Contract Data

SAP provides the abstract class CL_CRM_LEAS_VAL_CONTRACT_DATA, which makes simple access to the data of the lease possible. To be able to use this data, the check class has to have the CL_CRM_LEAS_VAL_CONTRACT_DATA class as super class.

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Specify a technical name and a description for the check class.
    Follow this procedure to create a new check class:
  • Generate a new class using transaction SE24. Use CL_CRM_LEAS_VAL_CONTRACT_DATA as super class.

  • Redefine the IF_CRM_LEAS_VALIDATION~PERFORM_VALIDATION and IF_CRM_LEAS_VALIDATION~GET_MSGS methods. The INITIALIZE and CLEAR methods are implemented in the super class and should not be changed.

  1. Save.
