This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Loyalty Outbound (CRM-LOY-OUT) component.

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to:

  • Send messages through open communication channel
  • Fill custom attributes in mail form
  • Identify custom events
  • Determine receivers for receiver types
  • Filter messages before queuing
