You can use this activity to determine the period. The system checks the specified period to see whether additional resource planning-relevant service process items exist for the business partners displayed in the service item list in the resource planning tool and the service employee group currently being processed.

The check is performed when:

  • A new assignment is created. The start and end time stamps of the assignment are used for the check.
  • A service task in the service item list is selected and the relevant context menu function is executed. The check occurs in the following sequence:
  • If the date types types Date Earliest Start (SRV_APPT_BEG) and Date Latest Start(SRV_APPT_END) are assigned to the item, the system checks this period.

  • If the date types First Response By(SRV_RFIRST) and ToDo By (SRV_RREADY) are assigned, the system checks this period.

  • If the date types Requested Start(SRV_CUST_BEG) und Requested End (SRV_CUST_END) are assigned, the system checks this period.

  • An assignment is selected and the relevant context menu function is executed. The start and end time stamps of the assignment are used for the check.
