CRM_MANAGE_TASKS_APP - Define Settings for "My Tasks" App

In this activity, you define multiple transaction types for tasks that are created, displayed, or edited in the My Tasks app.

You can define the following settings:

• Transaction type for the task

The app displays only those tasks from the CRM back end that have this transaction type. When a new task is created from the app, a list of new transactions is displayed. You can set any one of these transactions as default by selecting the Defaultcheckbox.

Note: You must select one transaction type as default.

• Text type that is used for the task title

Note that the text type you choose needs to be contained in the text determination procedure that has been assigned to the transaction type you entered above.
