CRM_MAX_ORDER_QTY - Business Add-In for Checking Maximum Quantity in Sales Transaction Items

With this Business Add-In (BAdI) you can check that the maximum quantity for a particular product is not exceeded in the business transaction item.

You need to specify where the maximum quantity allowed should be stored, for example in a table or in the product master. If you store the maximum quantity allowed in the product master, you need to create a new set as well as a new field for this set. where you can enter the maximum quantity allowed.

This BAdI specifies the maximum quantity so that CRM Online can compare it with the quantity entered in the business transaction item.

If the maximum quantity is exceeded:

• A message appears in the application log

• Availability check is not carried out for this item
