CRM_MKTHV_COEXE_MKTP - BAdI: Map Channel for Marketing Permissions Check for HV Cpg. Execution

This BAdI allows you to change the default mapping of communication methods to communication channels for which the marketing permission check during high-volume campaign execution is done. It also allows you to set, for those communication methods for which no default mapping is done, a customer-specific communication channel to be checked during high-volume campaign execution with regard to marketing permissions on business partner level.

Note: When implementing the high-volume BAdI, the communication channels are assigned to the Marketing Permissions channels that are significant for possible downstream processes.

Example: Downstream call list processing in the Interaction Center only permits a check for marketing permissions for the channel Telephone.

Marketing permissions have been maintained for the business partner and/ or contact persons.

The default mapping is as follows:

Communication Method	->	Communication Channel
03 Internet Mail (STMP)		INT (E-Mail)
10 File Export		No default mapping
