If you are segmenting a very large number of business partners, you do not want to upload the business partner data and corresponding marketing attributes to the TREX server each time. Once you have performed the initial data upload, the delta handling function allows you to upload just the changeddata regularly (or manually) to the TREX server.
This Business Add-In determines the list of business partners for each delta source object that you have defined and set to status activein Customizing activity Define Delta Source Objects for High Volume Segmentation.
This Business Add-In contains the following methods:
You have set one or more delta source objects to status activein the Customizing activity Define Delta Source Objects for High Volume Segmentation.
If you have defined your own delta source objects, you have included the method call for the delta pointer in the code.
In the default implementation, all business transactions from the list of delta source objects are taken into account. If you activate this BAdI, the system determines the list of changed business partners for these delta source objects.
