This BAdI contains methods that allow you to add your own icons to the Marketing Calendar.

The method GET_RELATED_MARKETING_ELEMENTS is used to open up the split screen in the Marketing Calendar and call up the objets to be loaded, for example, the corresponding trade promotions or campaigns.

A default implementation is delivered, which shows you how to implement the icons Corresponding Projects, Assign Projects and Separate Proj. Assignment. The purpose of these icons is described below:

Corresponding Projects

You can display all campaigns related to a trade promotion or vice versa in a split screen by selecting Corresponding Projects. These related marketing projects can only be displayed, they cannot be modified. To be able to display related projects, you must have the same products assigned to both. These must be assigned under Products for trade promotions and under Distribution for campaigns. If you select Settings → Queries, you can define a query for calling up the related campaigns or trade promotions. If you choose Show Query in Popup, then you will see a popup when you select Corresponding Projects and you can check the details of the related projects before you call them up.

Assign Projects

If you select the Assign Projects icon, you can establish an explicit hard link between the two. This means that you can display all of the marketing projects with an explicit linkage. To reset this, you choose Separate Proj. Assignmt. You use the icon Assigned Projects to display these hard-linked objects.
