CRM_MKTPL_CM - Assign CM Templates for Marketing

In this activity you can assign a template from Content Management to the three main objects in the Marketing Planner (marketing plan, campaign, trade promotion). The file structure is then created in Content Management on the basis of this template. The assignment can be made dependent on the campaign category in the campaign and trade promotion.

Note: The template is also automatically assigned to the related element objects (marketing plan element, campaign element, trade promotion element).

There are already templates in Content Management (Basic Functions → Content Management → Define Templates for Folders).

To assign a template to a main object, proceed as follows:

1. First choose the object to which you want to assign a template from the tree structure (marketing plan, campaign or trade promotion).
2. Select a campaign type if you are working with a campaign or trade promotion. A blank entry is interpreted as a default entry that will be used if there is no suitable entry for the campaign type.
3. Select the template that you wish to use.
