CRM_MKTPL_R3_INT - BAdI: ERP Integration

This BAdI enables you to control data flow into ERP.

It contains the following methods:

CHECK_FOR_TRANSFER

This method checks whether data should be transferred to ERP. It is called in the Outbound Adapter function module which is called by Middleware before the replication processing is triggered. It allows you to decide whether or not to transfer the object. In each case, an mBDOC is written if the marketing object is to be transferred to another system. The BAdI method interface will use characteristics of the marketing object derived from the mBDOC as import data and will change the parameter E_NOT_ALLOWED. If this value is not set to an initial value, the campaign will not be transferred to ERP.

R3LOGSYS_DET

If you have assigned more than one project scenario in the activity Assign ERP Project Scenario to RFC Destination, the system needs to know which system receives each marketing project. You can define which ERP System receives each marketing project using this method. The method is called before the ERP proxy BAPI is called to enable you to change the ERP System to which the data is transferred. It contains all of the mBDOC data, the import parameters and the data passed to the proxy BAPI as changeable parameters. You may want to delete some of these before the data is converted to an XML file for transfer.

CHANGE_PROJECT_SCENARIO

This method allows you to change the project scenarios used. It may be that you have more than one project scenario being used in a particular system.

CHANGE_XML_DATA

This method allows you to change data before it is transferred. It is called during processing of oubound messages. It provides a complete XML as a changing parameter and allows you to start additional work flows or change the pre-defined status and message handling.

CHANGE_R3_ATTRIBUTES

With this method you can set up customer-specific rules for a WBS element and determine for yourself the attributes that they should contain.
