CRM_MKTPL_RTOM_CAMPA - SAP Real-Time Offer Management Integration

In this Customizing activity, you make the settings needed for integrating SAP Real-Time Offer Management.

  • You have installed and run the SAP RTOM Application Toolkit.
  • You have set up your web services to publish your new and changed real-time offer campaigns.
For more information, see SAP Solution Manager.

You have to make the following Customizing settings to set up SAP Real-Time Offer Management:

  • Define Rule Policy Type for SAP Real-Time Offer Management
You have to make settings for the rule policy type RTOM. For more information, see the Customizing activity for Customer Relationship Management -> CRM Cross-Application Components-> Rule Builder -> Define Rule Policy Types.
  • Define Campaign Type for SAP RTOM Campaign
You have to create a campaign type RTOM in the Customizing activity for Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing-> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management-> Basic Data-> Define Types/Objectives/Tactics.
Enter or choose the following values:
  • Type: RTOM

  • Category: Campaign

  • Description: Real-Time Offer

  • UI Scenario: Real-Time Offer

  • Campaign Specific Attribute: Real Time Offer Scenario: Yes(for IC and SAP for Telecommunications) or Utilities(for SAP for Utilities)

After saving your entries, the campaign type RTOM is available in the WebClient UI.
  • Define new priorities for SAP RTOM
You define your priorities for SAP RTOM in the Customizing activity for Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing-> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management-> Basic Data-> Define Priorities for Marketing Projects.
  • Define Business Goals
You define your business goals in the Customizing activity for Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing-> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management- > SAP Real-Time Offer Management-> Define Business Goals.
  • Define Condition Group for Rule Type
You define your condition groups in the Customizing activity for Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing-> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management- > SAP Real-Time Offer Management-> Define Condition Group for Rule Type.
