This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Segmentation (AEC0000025) component. You can use this BAdI to influence the application behavior after saving a segmentation model and while dragging a target group onto a segment in the graphical modeler.

This BAdI contains the following methods:

  • POSTPROCESS_DELTA_QUEUE - Postprocess Records in the Delta Queue
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) method to trigger postprocessing of the changed data in SAP NetWeaver BW, for example remote calls of process chains in the SAP NetWeaver BW system.
This method is called after a segmentation model is saved and if records were written to the SAP NetWeaver BW delta queue for the corresponding DataSource.
  • CHECK_TG_FILTER - Check Target Group Filter Used in the HV BW Segmentation
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) method to check the target group when dragging it onto a segment in the graphical modeler.
This method is only called if the corresponding checkbox Check Target Group Using a BAdI is selected in the Customizing activity Define Settings for SAP NetWeaver BW Integration.

Enable the use of target groups as a filter in high-volume segmentation using SAP NetWeaver BW in the Customizing activity Define Settings for SAP NetWeaver BW Integration.

The example class CL_CRM_MKTTG_BWA_TG_FILTER_EXP can be used as a template for your own implementation of the required functions. The method source code provides additional information about the available data and the results to be expected.
