You can use this BAdI when you are using accrual calculation with accrual models in SAP BI.

Normally, the calculation occurs using the accrual model specified in the scenario set. The calculation period is determined from the system date.

With the help of this BAdI, you can determine the model and calculation date yourself.

The scenario name and a list with the technical names of all marketing projects and elements contained in the scenario are available to you. In addition, if it is available, the model name specified in the scenario group is provided.

  • IT_MKTELM_IDS Table with technical IDs of marketing projects and elements
  • I_SCENARIO_ID Scenario technical ID
  • X_CALCULATION_DATE Calculation date (system date by default)
  • X_MODEL_NAME Name of accrual model in BI (name from scenario group by default)
