CRM_MLR_TEST - Check Minimum Lease Installment

In this IMG activity, you can have the system run a check on the minimum percentages for the minimum lease rate. The minimum percentage rate that you enter is dependent on the sales organization.

During the check, this minimum percentage rate is compared with an interest rate that that is determined as follows:

The internal discount is set to zero; the rate per k and everything else remains constant. An interest rate is determined from the resulting payment flow using an effective interest rate calculation. The cost of debt and the expenditure portion are deducted from this interest rate.

From a business perspective, this interest rate is the theoretical profit that a competitor could earn with the same leasing rates.

This check is relevant for validation class CL_CRM_LEAS_MIN_LEASE_RATE_TES. You integrate the validation classes in IMG activity Assign Validation Classes.
