CRM_MY_APPTS_APP - Define Settings for "My Appointments" App

In this activity, you define the multiple transaction types for appointments that are created, displayed, or edited from the My Appointments app.

You define the following settings:

• Transaction types for the appointment

The app displays only those appointments from the CRM back end that have the selected transaction type. When a new appointment is created from the app, a list of transactions is displayed. You can set any one of these transactions as default by selecting the Default check box.

Note:

• There must be one transaction set as default.

• Make sure you choose a transaction type from a transaction category for which the Include Activity in Calendar option has been activated.

• If you want your users to be able to set an appointment to Private, the transaction category must allow this (option Private Appointments Allowed).

• Select the Text Type that is used for the notes section using the input help.

Note that the text type you choose needs to be contained in the text determination procedure that has been assigned to the transaction type you entered above.

• Define internal and external partner types for each transaction

Use input help to enter values in the following fields:

• Int. Partner

• Ext. Partner
