CRM_OPPORT_CODEGRUP - Define Code Groups and Codes for Catalogs

You can group several codes (reasons) according to contents under a code group.
Example:
The code group "won due to" contains the possible codes (reasons): low price, best product functionality, best support, strategic decision, optimal service organization.
You make the following settings in this activity:
- which code groups are contained in a catalog, and what the code group means (won due to, lost due to, lost to competitors)
- which codes (reasons) are contained in a code group
Example:
