In this IMG activity, you define additional attributes, which should influence determination of assessments (questionnaires). These values are grouped into criteria. You can specify values for attributes such as:

  • Status
  • Priority
  • Origin
  • Type
  • Sales Stage
  • Sales Organization
  • Expected Sales Volume
  • Expected Total Value
  • Currency

and so on.

These criteria can be used to qualify determination rules for assessments (questionnaires) in the activity Define Determination for Questionnaires

You can use a criteria group in several determinations.

  1. Enter an ID and a description for the criteria group.
  2. Choose the values for the required attributes for which the rule determination should be restricted. Input help is available for some of the attributes.

An example for this would be: Whenever an opportunity has the status "Lost" , a specific questionnaire is displayed. Another criterion could be the threshold value, including currency, for either the expected sales volume or the expected total value, which should trigger the assessment.
