In this IMG activity, you can define the determination rules for opportunity assessments (questionnaires). You to specify which assessment should be proposed for:

• Specific time period

• Specific transaction type

• Specific item category

You have defined an assessment in the Cuctomizing activity Define Questionnaire.

If you wish to further qualify determination, you have to first define these criteria in the Customizing activity Define Determination Criteria for Questionnaires.

1. Enter an ID and a description for determination.
2. Choose a transaction type and item category (if you do not make any entries here, determination is valid for all transaction types and all item categories used).
3. Enter a validity period for your determination.
4. Select the assessment for which the determination should be valid.
5. Set the Active flag to make the determination rule active.
6. Set the Mand. flag to make the assessment mandatory.
7. Save your entries.
