This activity allows you to customize SAP CRM for accounts management in Duet.
Click on the activity icon and enter the following parameters:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Replication Rule | Press F4 and select the criteria (favorite, employee responsible, or sales office/group) based on which accounts are to be replicated to the Duet client. |
| Relationship Category | Press F4 and select the relationship category if the replication rule is based on the 'Employee Responsible' account. |
| Note: This field is enabled only if EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBLE is selected in the Replication Rule field above. |
