CRM_OSP_VC_GEN - Define General Settings

In this IMG activity, you can specify customizations that are general and applicable for all Duet Sales Management functions.

Retrieve only those values that have descriptions (long text): In companies where data (accounts, contacts, activities) in SAP CRM is maintained with descriptions (long text), select this indicator to retrieve and display only such values in the Microsoft Office Outlook client. This ensures that the data replicated to Duet is filtered and only well-maintained data is made available for use.

Display International Address Version in Duet: In some accounts and contacts, addresses are also maintained in international language versions apart from the standard address. Select this indicator to display such International Address Versions (IAV) in Duet. If this indicator is not selected, the standard address is always displayed.
For example, in a Chinese Duet client, if a particular account has two addresses, a standard address and a Chinese IAV address, select this indicator to display the Chinese address in Duet. If no IAV address for the corresponding Duet client language is maintained, the standard address is displayed even if the indicator is selected.
